Admission Assistance

When a Student is admitted on a Transfer Certificate/UDISE code and PEN number, he/she shall not be placed in any higher class than that or which the certificate shows him/her to be qualified, nor will he/she be promoted before the end of school year. A pupil who does not complete the school calendar year is not eligible for promotion and hence admission will be done accordingly.

No student will be admitted without a Transfer Certificate/UDISE code and PEN number from the last school attended. In no case shall a student be permitted to attend a class pending formal admission.

The Leaving Certificate of a student coming from a school outside Varanasi must be counter signed by the educational authorities of the District in which the previous school is situated.

Incase of re-admission after withdrawal, re-admission fee will be charged.

This is a co-educational school. The medium of instruction is English. However, equal emphasis is given to our mother tongue,i.e Hindi. Children seeking admission should fill the prescribed registration form.

The admission form should be duly filled by the parents/guardians and submit along with the Transfer Certificate/UDISE code and PEN number, Age Certificate (Satisfactory proof of age, such as an extract from Municipal or Block record).

Character Certificate by last attended school (for Class IX & X)
